The Customer service is the main interface between MM and members of the public.
MM gives news on the services provided and their method of use through the publication of documents necessary to carry out the various operations, tariffs in force, types).
To be more precise, MM:
- provides information on the contracts in force, the consumption values billed and the methods of access to the records, in compliance with the legislation in force;
- provides information on bill payment procedures and meter reading methods;
- provides information on the tariff composition mechanism and any changes to it and the elements that determined them;
- indicates the procedures for submitting complaints in the places accessible to customers or in periodic communications;
- provides information on the Integrated Water Service.
