MM SpA is committed to making its websites accessible, in accordance with law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.
This declaration of accessibility applies to the following website: “Institutional site https://www.mmspa.eu and linked pages https://trasparenza.mmspa.eu”.
Compliance Status
Partially Compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Appendix A of standard UNI CEI EN 301549. The cases of non-compliance are listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons of non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004 4:
- The site employs the focus indicator provided by the browser to highlight interactive elements subject to focus when using keyboard navigation. The latter may in some cases be too subtle or poorly contrasted and therefore difficult to see. In some cases, the focus indicator has been removed or obscured through the customisation of borders.
- The contrast of some texts/images/buttons does not guarantee the minimum contrast of 4.5:1
- Certain links within the text are made distinguishable from the normal text only by colour differentiation, not by underlining, icons, formatting changes or other devices that make it easier to identify the link within the page when viewing the page in greyscale
- For some images, there is no alternative text or the alternative text may not be sufficiently clear and descriptive
- The descriptions of some links may not be sufficiently clear and descriptive
- Some IDs are duplicated on the same site and may cause anomalies when assistive technologies read the site
- Some links are represented exclusively by images not accompanied by “accessible names”.
- On some pages (e.g. login page), the language used in the text is not specified. A screen reader could therefore make reading errors (e.g. pronunciation) when reading the document.
- For web pages that allow PDF documents to be downloaded, some files do not fully comply with the accessibility criteria because: the document title is not indicated in the document metadata, the document structure is not correctly tracked at the “tag” level (e.g. chapters and subchapters).
