With reference to the “Public notice, pursuant to art. 19 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the selection of sponsorship proposals aimed at the use of the external surfaces of the Water Houses, ex art. 3 of the Convention for the management of the integrated water service of the city of Milan” published on 5 June 2023 on the institutional website of MM S.p.A., it is announced that, after the first deadline for the submission of sponsorship proposals has elapsed unsuccessfully, the deadlines for submitting new offers are considered reopened, which, as specified in art. 10 of the same Notice, may be taken into consideration only if they are received no later than 31 December 2023.
This notice – pursuant to art. 19 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 – is aimed at finding third parties interested in entering into, as sponsors, passive sponsorship contracts with MM, which, as sponsee (or sponsored), undertakes, for a consideration to be agreed, to associate the sponsor’s distinctive sign on the external surfaces of the Water Houses installed within the Municipality of Milan from 2013 to date, whose operation is the responsibility of MM, as well as on the promotional material of the sponsorship initiative.
The purpose of this notice is to find financial resources to support the development of the network of Water Houses that guarantee the distribution of smooth, carbonated and chilled drinking water and promote the consumption of tap water at the dispensing points located in the parks, streets and squares of Milan.
