How to become a supplier of MM and participate in our tenders
Any economic operator who is interested can request to become part of the MM Supplier List and participate in tenders by submitting an offer in response to a tender notice. It is necessary to provide the requested information in order for the selection to be possible.
From December 16, 2021, MM uses the E-procurement platform.
A portal specifically developed to manage suppliers and procedures. It collects all notices, current and expired tenders, and the list of active suppliers.
MM establishes a list of economic operators from which to select candidates deemed suitable for specialization, capacity, subjective requirements, to compete in the award procedures for works, goods and services.

In order to make purchasing processes more efficient, the Procurement and Purchasing Department prepares qualification systems, in compliance with art. 134 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, with the aim of establishing a list of economic operators to be consulted, for the entire period of validity of the qualification system, in negotiated and restricted procedures above the EU threshold.
In harmony with the principles of art. 4 of the legislative decree 50/2016, MM S.p.A. has activated an online platform for the creation of a List of Lawyers to whom to entrust legal representation assignments in addition to the legal services referred to in Annex IX of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and for the conduct of Beauty Contests.
The List will replace previous registrations with the MM Suppliers’ Register by legal professionals who are therefore required to re-register.
Lawyers wishing to register with the List, from which MM S.p.A. will draw for the award of legal assignments, may therefore access the platform mmspa.4clegal.com, where all the information and requirements for registration are indicated.
