In December 2016, MM issued a bond of €100 million maturing in 2035 connected with the financing of investments for the Integrated Water Service (ISIN Code: IT0005225898). The bonds are listed on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
MM also obtained a rating from the two leading global agencies, Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s.

Milan, 13 July 2020 – The Shareholders’ meeting approved MM S.p.A. annual financial statements as at 31 December 2019.
Milan, 30 April 2019 – The Shareholders’ Meeting approved the 2018 annual financial statements. Growing EBITDA (+25 percent) and net income of about 31 million euros.
Milan, 30 May 2018 – The Shareholders’ Meeting of MM S.p.A., which met on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, approved the financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2017.
Milan, 24 January 2018 – MM S.p.A. (the “Issuer”) – EUR 100,000,000 3.15 per cent. senior secured amortizing fixed rate notes due 23 December 2035 admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange (the “Notes”).
Milan, 28 December 2017 – In view of the contents of the measure of reconnaissance of the shareholdings owned, adopted by the City of Milan by City Council Resolution No. 26 of 09/25/2017, the processes of merger by incorporation of Metro Engineering and Naples Metro Engineering Companies into MM S.p.A. were initiated. The deed of merger was signed on December 27, 2017.
